OVERVIEW

Two new offices and residential buildings with general regime high of 2U + FG + 4F + 5R and a total developed area of 5,444 sq m are under construction in Bucharest. The total value of the investment is 4,680,000 Euro.

The buildings structure is dual: structural walls and frames (columns and beams) made of reinforced concrete C28/35.

The work Conarg has in progress today represents architectural works: masonry, finishing walls, ceilings, floors, and joinery, installation works.
