OVERVIEW

Vitantis Shopping Center is one of the largest retail stores in the south of Bucharest. The network consists of Carrefour (hypermarket), Praktiker (DIY), DIEGO and Casa Rusu furniture store and a shopping gallery that offers a wide range of goods and services. The first phase of the project, including Praktiker DIY store, was completed in late 2006. Vitantis Shopping Center covers a generous area of 80,000 sq m and the total built area reaches 40,000 sq m. The project is served by a parking lot with 800 places.
The project was completed in 2008 by Conarg and represented an investment of 18,350,000 Euro.
