Planning, organizing, controlling, monitoring, and finalizing construction projects according to technical and commercial requirements.
Project Management:
- Planning, organizing, coordinating the execution of the construction works according to the execution schedule, following the strict framing within the execution deadlines, in the budget of the work, answering the quality of the executed works;
- Preparing the project, drawing up the risk list and a risk response plan, establishing the resource requirements for the project and planning the procurement of material materials, costs / revenues according to the project implementation plan;
- Negotiating and managing relationships with subcontractors (checking and approving work situations, complying with the contract, validating invoices issued by them);
- Participate in the selection of subcontractors of the company for the execution of the projects and establish for their activity the maximum budget, the delivery deadlines and the expected quality standards;
- Supervises the activity of the boss / construction boss / teams ensuring the execution of the works, as well as the activity of the subcontractors, representing the company in their relationship with them;
- Participate in all project events (key milestones, partial or final receptions, including receiving subcontractors).
Requirements:
- Graduate of the Technical University of Civil Engineering, with experience in the field of minimal 5 years of experience in project management, relevant for the field of general contractors;
- Specific project knowledge, budgeting;
- Very good technical knowledge;
- Good planning, organization, coordination, control skills;
- communication and negotiation skills;
- Very good knowledge of the market for building materials and construction workforce and legislation;
- PC knowledge: Office suite, especially Excel Advanced, Word, Outlook, MS Project project management software, Good knowledge of AutoCAD;
- Analytical and synthesis capability;
- Knowledge about health and safety at work, Environmental Protection;
- Advanced English Language Knowledge;
- Driving license - category B.
